Happy Campers
My husband and I decided upgrade our travel trailer. We were looking for more space for our family to move around in. After many visits to Topper's and the RV show we finally made a decision. We wanted to thank Robby Scott for all his patience and for never appearing to be bothered when we dropped in to look at other campers. Even when Robby wasn't there the other sales persons and sales manager were willing to help if needed, The service department was also attentive when we took our old camper for maintenance and giving us our orientation on our new up grade. The purchase was great the camper is wonderful the people where friendly and very easy to work with but I took home a camper that the auto leveling does not work and my refrigerator does not work that I was sure it was not working before I left which I would have thought both would be working for sure before my closing! My wife and I had been looking for an RV for almost 2 years. We finally picked the one we wanted which was located at Topper's. Our salesperson, Treva, was fantastic! She was not pushy at all and knew her stuff. If there was a question that she could not answer, she would find a way to get us the answer. Once our trailer came in from the factory, Wesley took care of all the paperwork and the service staff showed us everything on the trailer and made sure we knew how to operate everything before we pulled out.
