In the combined kitchen and living area, you will enjoy ample seating with a dining table and four chairs for meals, plus theater seating and a tri-fold sofa for relaxing and watching television or reading a good book in front of the fireplace. End tables provide a place to set a cup of coffee or cocktail, and the center island is great for meal prep or serving dinner from. The deluxe French door panty can easily store all of your dry and canned goods, and the 16 cu. ft. residential refrigerator will keep all of your perishables cold and fresh. You might even like to add a convenient optional washer/dryer as this has been prepped in the pantry area. Head up the steps to a residential walk-in shower with skylight which will add natural lighting to the room and provide even more headroom which is a plus. The front private bedroom features a wardrobe slide that includes drawers and a shoe caddie. There are also wardrobes on either side of the queen bed, along with USB/CPAP charging and plugs if needed. On the outside, you will find an XL Texas-size pass-through compartment, two awnings, plus a coax/TV hook-up with TV mount so you can easily add a unit for watching your favorite shows or the big game from outside!
