Top-Tier Coverage
Provides payment or reimbursement of costs authorized by the Administrator to repair or replace the mechanical breakdown of covered parts or components not listed in the Exclusions section of the agreement, less your deductible.
Platinum also includes the Convenience Package, Audio/Video Technology, and Auxiliary Powerplant/Generator options.
Named-Component Coverage
Covers the specific components listed below, including frame, water, waste, heating, cooling, appliance, brake, and suspension systems.
Optional coverage packages can be added to Gold when selected on the Application Page.
Metal frame, brackets and welds, winch stand, frame landing gear, jack, coupler. Lift crank assembly for pop-ups.
Door handles and hinges; storage compartment handles, hinges, and latches. Factory-installed or factory-approved dealer-installed manual awning crank assembly and torsion arms (excludes fabric covering and/or weather damage).
Seals, gaskets, and sealing boots for covered components. Slide-out sealing boots, seals, gaskets, or weather seals covered up to an aggregate $500 over the term. Excludes door and window weather seals.
Reimbursement for necessary fluids and refrigerants to complete covered repairs.
Burner assembly, tank, thermostat, thermocouple, gas valve, heating elements, control panel, electronic ignition assembly, wiring harness, control switches, and printed circuit boards.
Water pump, compressor, water tank(s), manifold, water lines, manifold and pipes, connections, pipes, and traps.
Shower basin, toilet, sink(s), in-sink disposal and switch, holding tanks, gate valves, connections, pipes, and traps.
Roof-mounted 110V or central system: compressor, evaporator, condenser, accumulator, expansion valve, receiver drier, high/low cutoff and pressure cycling switches, electronic module, circuit boards, blower and fan motor, ducts and registers, thermostat, control panel, switches, capacitors, relays, heat strips, ceiling fan(s), bathroom vent motor.
Microwave oven, convection oven, power hood, range burner assembly, thermostat, thermocouple, burner valves, ignition/igniter assembly, printed circuit boards, fittings, lines, and connections.
Regulators, gas bottles (except valves and gauges), mounting brackets, pigtails, gas lines, fittings and connections, leak detector, and automatic shut-off valve.
Furnace, igniter/ignition assembly, burner assembly, thermocouple, gas valve, lines, fittings and connections, thermostat, control panel, blower/fan motors, heat pump, heat strips, printed circuit boards, ducts, ductwork, and registers.
Thermostat, thermocouple, 2- or 3-way cooling unit, burner assembly, igniter, control panel, switches, fittings and connections, printed circuit boards, latch, and door seal(s).
Factory-installed or factory-approved dealer-installed (non-in-dash) stereo receiver, amplifier and speakers, disc player, and TV set (excluding HD, UHD, 4K, etc.).
Master cylinder, electric or hydraulic brake actuators, backing plates, and drums.
Axle(s), spindles, hub bearings, wheel bearings, coil springs, leaf springs, spring hangers, and rubberized suspension components.
A wear-and-tear mechanical breakdown is deemed to occur when a covered component fails to perform its function as originally designed to work in normal service with required maintenance, due to material failure or defects in workmanship and outside the manufacturer's design tolerance.
Available for travel trailers, pop-ups, slide-ins, and teardrops when the option is selected on the Application Page and paid for by the Agreement Holder.

If factory or dealer installed: high-definition (HD, UHD, 4K) television/monitor(s) and back-up monitor; audio/video and high-definition disc player; audio/video cabling and hubs; home theater amplifier and speakers; satellite dish or antenna including rotator motors, signal amplifier, control panel and switches, converter, and in-motion satellite receiver. Excludes internet access devices, phone systems, game systems, personal computers and monitors, and portable music/video players.
If factory or dealer installed: all internally lubricated powerplant engine components including the engine block and cylinder head, starter, ignition coil, switches, hour meter and gauges, voltage regulator, generator assembly, monitor/control panel, printed circuit boards, and shore power cord and reel.
Covers a vehicle operated as part of a for-profit business, used for daily, weekly, or monthly rentals, or leased up to 12 months. Rental or lease use requires a single principal operator responsible for maintenance, and proof of maintenance is required for claims. Not available for taxi, livery, shuttle, emergency services, delivery services, off-road use, or hauling.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown, reasonable service call charges are paid or reimbursed up to $125 for an on-site repair of a covered component. A detailed receipt is required.

Reimbursement for substitute transportation while your vehicle is serviced for a covered breakdown, limited to the reasonable time to repair at no more than $50 per day, up to 7 days. Transportation must be supplied by the selling dealer or a licensed rental agency. If repairs are scheduled for 2 days or less, a licensed ride-share provider (e.g., Uber, Lyft) may be used instead, up to $50 per day for no more than 2 days. Ride-share and rental are not both reimbursed on the same day.
When a covered breakdown disables your vehicle more than 100 miles from your residence, lodging and restaurant meal expenses are reimbursed up to $125 per day for up to 3 days. The breakdown must delay your route; the breakdown date counts as day one; and expenses must be incurred before repairs are complete or by the end of the third day, whichever comes first.
Choose the selling dealer listed on your Application Page for repairs and your deductible is reduced by $50. Not applicable to $0 deductible plans.
If a breakdown of the slide-out, jack, braking, or lighting systems prevents you from towing to a licensed repair facility, reasonable service call charges are covered up to $125 per occurrence.
Included with the service contract and provided by SafeRide Motor Club, Inc. If your vehicle is disabled while your agreement is in effect, 24-hour roadside service is available by phone. Service fees above the maximum benefit are your responsibility.

Not covered: cost of parts, keys, fuel, fluids, and lubricants; services covered by a manufacturer's warranty or roadside program; non-emergency tire mounting and tire repair; collisions or vandalism; impound or non-emergency towing; storage charges or a second tow; and roads not regularly maintained. Towed trailers or vehicles in tow are excluded. Fluids delivered must be paid for on delivery.
Roadside help, technical support, and travel services for you and your RV.
The plan covers you, your spouse, and dependents (24 years old or younger) for your registered RV and all other vehicles, including automobiles, motorcycles, tow dollies, and trailers.
Towing your disabled vehicle to the nearest qualified repair facility.
A jump-start for your vehicle's dead battery or a tow to a qualified repair facility.
Changing flat tires with a mounted, inflated spare, delivering comparable tires to the disablement site, or towing to a tire facility. If a spare isn't available, one replacement tire is covered per 12-month term. Not available for all programs.
Delivery of fuel, oil, and water as necessary to remedy disablements. Customers pay for the fluids.
Locksmith services, opening locked vehicles, and/or obtaining replacement keys.
If your RV key/fob is lost, damaged, or stolen, one replacement per 12 months, up to $500. Does not apply to towed/towing vehicles.
For RVs that can be accessed from an established, maintained road, highway, thoroughfare, or street.
RVIA/RVDA and ASE Certified Technicians speak directly with you to troubleshoot operational issues.
Dispatch of a mechanic to the site of a mechanically disabled vehicle. Customer pays on-site repair charges, including parts and labor.
Maps, trip itineraries, discounted hotel reservations, and discounted car rentals. Customized routing requires ten business days' notice.
Car rental reservations, emergency return travel arrangements, road closure warnings, RV campground referrals, and more.
If your RV breaks down more than 100 miles from home, you're reimbursed up to a set amount for lodging and meals while it's at a licensed repair facility.
Benefits are not applicable to commercial vehicles, vehicles over 40 years old, or “classic” vehicles. Customers are responsible for all on-site repair charges, including parts and labor, and for the cost of fluids. The cost of a delivered replacement tire, alignment, mount and dismount, and balancing is not covered. See your plan for complete details and coverage limits.
